At Frimino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Frimino tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point. You will receive a notification once our warehouse team has processed your refund or exchange.
